Angol d’Amig,Scaramusch,Italy

A wild and deep frizzante made in equal parts of Lambrusco di sorbara, Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Grasparossa. The grapes spend 6 days  with their sins, enough  to give the wine the right concentration of colour and structure. After a few months in concrete vats it is bottled with a little must of the same harvest to cause the second fermentation, resulting in an earthy Lambrusco packed with sour cherries and bitter herbs.
