Jakob Grant kitchen takeover

On Friday 6th and Saturday 7th February, The Prince welcomes chef Jakob Grant for a two-day kitchen takeover. Jakob has cooked across Margate and London, with experience at Sargasso and Bouchon Racine, before going on to host a series of independent pop-ups and residencies (including his own venture with Cherubs).

Ahead of our 10th birthday, this felt like the right moment to revisit the pop-up format that once played a big part in the life at The Prince.

Jakob’s menu is designed with the pub in mind: seasonal, pared-back cooking with a subtle nod to classic French flavours. The result is a one-off menu intended to be enjoyed casually at the bar or over a longer meal with friends and family.
